Shipping Policy 

Please note shipping may be slightly delayed from Dec 22 - Jan 1st due to limited staff. 

 

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible.

In the case of made to order, customized, pre-orders or backordered items, they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available (please see product pages for estimated ship times), therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together.

Domestic Standard Ground Shipping: 

Orders shipping within the contiguous USA typically have a processing time of 2-3 business days if the merchandise is in stock. Standard Ground shipments are usually received within 5-7 business days** from the time an order has been placed.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and will usually arrive within 2-3 weeks.**

* Free Shipping offer is only valid on orders over $135.00 and within the continental USA. 

Domestic Express Shipping: 

Express orders placed before 3pm PST, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the next business day. Express orders placed after the cut off time will be shipped within 2 business day. 

Estimated Transit times:

    • UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days from time of shipment
    • UPS 2nd day Air: 2 business days from time of shipment 
    • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day from time of shipment 

International Shipments: 

International shipments have a processing time of 3-4 business days if the merchandise is in stock. Shipping time will vary depending on country and location, but will typically arrive within 3-4 weeks** for standard delivery. Express International shipping options vary by location. 

Note: EU customers may have to pay VAT charges upon/prior to delivery.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Sempli purchase as much as we do! If your selection does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding delivery and return shipping charges***, if you return is received by our team within 30 days of delivery.**** If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, it’s our pleasure to offer an exchange for an item of equal value (subject to availability) or store credit.

Return guidelines:

  1. Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in all original, intact, and unopened packaging ***
  2. If an item arrives damaged, please shoot us an email with photos so we can take care of it.
  3. Claim must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
  4. Gift cards, customized products, made to order items, reduced price/sale items and Sempli Select products are not eligible for returns.
  5. Returns received by Sempli without an RMA number cannot be processed and no refund can be given.

Return Process:
Products purchased directly from sempli.com can be exchanged or returned if the products are received by our team within 30 days of delivery,**** in perfect condition and in the original, unopened packaging. Please follow the process below to start your return:

  1. Fill out this form and e-mail it to order@sempli.comRMA FORM DOWNLOAD
  2. Once received a representative will contact you within 5 business days with a RMA number and detailed instructions.
  3. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Any package received without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original shipping package (if possible) and include original packing slip and copy of claim. All packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

After the package has been received and inspected by Sempli, the refund or exchange will typically be processed within 14 days. Refunds for items purchased at sempli.com will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item minus return shipping fees (Note: shipping charges are non-refundable).

Items purchased at an authorized Sempli retailer should be handled directly with the retailer it was originally purchased from.

***Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in all original, intact, and unopened packaging. We will only cover or refund original shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective (Cracks, chipped edges, torn fabric or broken parts). As Sempli glassware is handblown, small bubbles or optical variation are a natural part of the handblown process are are not considered defects.
